The token system works like this:
1.At the designated time for token distribution, students will be given a token and a specific time to pay for their ticket and to collect their receipt. This system is being used so that no one has to waste time waiting in line to buy tickets.
2.At the time of purchase, if a student’s turn arrives but the student is absent, the next person will be served. If the absent student comes later than the designated time, they will have to wait until there is an opening. It’s pretty much like a doctor’s appointment.
3.Each table is supposed to have a representative. However, this is causing a lot of confusion as not everyone at a table will be from the same batch and stuff. Here’s how it goes:
a) Table reps can only reserve tickets for those sitting at their table, and are also eligible to reserve tickets on the same day as the rep.
Eg: A 5th year student can reserve tickets for those at their table who are from 3rd and 4th year. Students from their table who are either from pre-med, 1st or 2nd year will have to wait for their designated day.
b) Reservations are strictly on a first come, first serve basis. It doesn’t matter if someone wants to pay more for an already reserved seat, they’re not getting it.
c) The table rep has to pay for every ticket that they reserve. Eg: If they’re reserving 7 tickets, they must have the deposit/ full payment for all 7 tickets.
4. Tickets sales are not open to students who aren’t from RSMU. Therefore, purchases on their behalf by RSMU students are prohibited.

Friday Night Event
The Intergroup Games Day which was held on Friday (28th March 2008 ) among the 2nd year students was indeed a great success. Not for the winnings, not for the souvenirs, not for showing-off or the name of doing it, but for the time that we spent together.
Lets hope that all RSMU students can become as one for the upcoming events.
Feel the joy, Forget the worry,
Hold the peace, Leave the pain,
Keep the smile, Leave the tension,
Lets be joyous forever & together.
Massad 08

The Russian State Medical University (RSMU) has approximately 500 Malaysian Students and the number of students count is rising yearly. So, in order to to celebrate the culmination of the academic year, we, RSMU students have set forth to organize the 3rd Malaysian Student's Annual Dinner ( MASSAD ) 2008.
